Very good products delivered on time. One item not immediately available and we were immediately contacted with other possabilities; order another product, delay the whole order or have it delivered in 2 stages. We were well informed throughout the delivery period.

My Knitted Pashmina Shawl arrived the day after I ordered it.
The colour is not what I expected( Dark Red turned out to be bright red), but I am happy with the quality.

My order was for blankets and a woollen under-blanket for my husband who is cold all the time. A duvet and blankets just didn't do the job, but at last he is now warm and has a comfortable nights sleep.

The quality is superb and the delivery spot on - arrived when I was told they would.

They were great at keeping me updated with my orders progress and informed me imidiately when there was and issue regarding stock levels which was very helpful as I was able to let them know if I wanted to wait for stock to arrive or change clolour, and even though I change the colour of my order there was no extra delays or hiccups my order was process within the day and arrive the next just as promised. The product brilliantly packaged and secure, plus the item was in excellent condition. Overall I have nothing bad to say about the company and I will certainly be using them again. Very pleased with my new blanket. It is good quality, good value for money & I was impressed that I placed the order on Monday and received the blanket the next morning. My only feedback for improving your service is that the picture on the website does not show the colour of the blanket very accurately. I bought the Orchid blanket - which is a brighter magenta shade than it appears to be on your web site. This was not an issue for me, because I was not trying to match it with anything - but it may be difficult for other customers if they are trying to match their blanket with an existing colour scheme.
